The restaurant is open and spacious which lends itself to increased noise levels at times. The menu has a nice variety. The service was adequate as was the food quality.

So disappointed. We sat with empty drinks and dirty appetizer plates up until 2 of our 4 guests were finally served their dinner. Our other 2 guests waited an additional five minutes before the plates came out. The Mac n cheese was lukewarm warm on the chicken dish, as was the broccolini was cold on the short rib dish. The last two meals to come out were the pork chop entrees, both of which missing a key component, the whiskey cream sauce. Chops were both very tough. On a positive note, the ooey gooey cake/dessert was phenomenal.

We enjoyed an excellent meal & experience at Mosaic recently. The meal was outstanding. The scallops & salmon entrees were cooked to perfection. The service was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend dining at Mosaic if you live or are visiting Richmond.

Been a big fan for years, have also enjoyed using their catering service. Something was off last night, out our party of 6, 3 of the entree's were not what they used to be - either served too cold or over cooked. Music was too loud to have easy conversation, need to reposition speakers so some are not right above tables. Hope things return to the way they were.

We. Reserved at 1pm after the lunch crowd. Quieter. So festive. Love all the decorations ! Food was awesome ! Service was great !!

The waitress was very patient with one member of our party with food restrictions. The service was slow. My French toast was Luke warm and had to ask for syrup and wait on it. Appetizers were good. Very average for the price.
The server while lovely had delays in service I think because of the bartender. That and she seemed to be the only server working the whole place. App was tasty but felt stale. Dinner was awful. Pork chop was fine- I got the Mac and cheese and it was room temp as was my partners. I barely ate my dinner and then they brought us a free dessert of apple bread pudding. Being that I'm allergic to eggs this was not welcomed nor wanted. Then the check of $130 shows up and I just laughed. We paid- tipped- and left. But for certain added this to a list of places we will not come to again.

Very accommodating me and my friend, both of whom had newborns with them. Our server was very attentive and helped us make selections, ensured we had proper seating for our comfort and helped put in to go orders before we departed in a timely fashion. Food was delicious and quickly arrived to our table.
