I didn’t get my miso soup till it came with the check, but I survived, since the Maki combo was a steal. Basically eighteen pieces of sushi for eighteen dollars! The fish was freshhhh and I was a happy gurl after my meal. It was a little slow, but the staff was getting stuff done!! I support Osaka, and I would 100% chow down on that maki combo again ???? ?
I went here for my birthday, the place was quiet empty but the hostess didn't let us choose a better table(we had a reservation)we ended in a table by the kitchen and my husband unfortunately kept on being hit by the waiting personnel going in and out.Our waitress was really nice and the food was fantastic AND so beautiful ?.We had the starburst roll, the volcano and fried rice, we had some other rolls too, my absolute favorite was the sweet potato. In RIC for car service. Decided to try this place. Good overall, not great. Miso soup was tepid. Sashimi lunch, sweet shrimp, a specialty roll, and hot tea were all good. Not as artfully prepared as at some places. Nice interior.
