Everything was excellent as usual except the server was not up to standards expected of Mosaic. We asked for split checks for our group of three and he either did not know how to do it or did not want to do it. He did try to redeem himself later when he offered to do it. Had not been to Mosaic in a while, but decided to give it another try with some friends at the last minute on a Friday night. We were checked in right away and seated at a nice high top table with plenty of room for our group. The service was good and attentive this visit, something that had been hit or miss for us in previous visits. As a whole, this was a pretty good experience! I think the server sections are bigger than they should be (I think our server had nine tables), which made him seem a little flustered, but he still took very good care of us. It's a cute space, the menu is creative (special nod to the desserts), and it's not overly loud, which I really appreciated.
