Our waitress was wonderful and the food was amazing. I only gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because we were sat at a two top in the very corner and the tables are very close together. That made it a little uncomfortable and not very easy to have a conversation without the people beside you hearing everything. I would highly recommend this restaurant and suggest you ask for a table not in the corner or within arms length of someone if at all possible.
We were celebrating our daughter in laws birthday and I preferened that we had a toddler. We were placed in a hallway table right next to where there servers congregate. We tried to just make the best of it. Our meals were just meh. My husbands ravioli was flavorless and my pesto cream sauce was missing the pesto. At the end of the meal they insisted on wrapping up all the leftover and then gave us all the wrong meals. It was just kind of the cherry on top of a disappointing evening....read full review
We had a wonderful meal at a table for five ranging from excellent appetizers to fresh salads (The Piedmont is a fave), to very good entrees. The service was wonderful and so was the lovely table bread that arrived immediately. Nice to see Azzuro still shining.
