I feel like I watched the quality really fall over the past year and tonight was the last time we will be back. We used to love the mezze sampler which contained a selection of Lebanese appetizers.
However they ruined the dish in several ways and it used to be included with the main dish. They started charging for it separately at a price of $24 just for the sampler. The price increase was steep but we would’ve of been fine with it if they hadn’t start substituting the apps in the sampler for much cheaper variations. This past time we ordered it one of the “fresh” apps tasted like it was just canned green beans and tomatoes. They also removed their side. And most disgusting of all the hummus had a fizzy acidic taste like it had been left for extended period of time or expired. Our main dishes were truly just Medicare and dried out meat.
I don’t recommend this place anymore and it’s sad what it’s become
Whent for a friends birthday ... they were late, but it gave everyone time to get a drink or 2 before even thinking about food ... the food was great, by the way ... so good food + good drinks + great friends = a fun night
I love everything about Natalie's: the food, the mission, the community involvement, everything.
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner last night, including a fabulous assortment of mocktails.
Natalie's also catered an event (book club) for me with the most incredible menu. And the ordering and pick-up was easy! Ann Marie was very patient answering all of my questions.
I look forward to returning for another meal soon.
Ordered Chicken Shwarma, not the best labenese authentic taste. Most items on menu were halal but they serve alcohol too so for me it won't be on the list for future.
Great food and drink options. Definitely a new favorite in the city.
Not one person was in the restaurant when I went in for a simple appetizer. So I was expecting to have my order correct however the host seemed disoriented so I should have double checked. But should I? Is it my responsibility to double check that the food I ordered is in the bag? Especially when there were no patrons?
I asked for extra bread because the last time I ordered from this location we had a lot of Baba Ghanoush left over. When I arrived home and opened the bag for dinner, I immediately called and said I only received one piece to which he responded no, I put two in there. I asked him if he remembered me asking for more bread and us discussing how many pieces and he said yes. Can you imagine working all day, stopping for a $13 appetizer, driving all the way home and discovering you don't have enough bread to enjoy your favorite Baba Ghanoush? Let alone share it?
The bread was so small I thought it was folded. He said it just depends on how it comes out of the oven. Which is understandable but doesnt common sense tell you if you use the bread to eat it, you need more bread?
I miss the former menu that was at Cox Rd but I cannot afford anything else on this menu.
I don't post unfavorable reviews but today is an exception, if someone is super disoriented with one order, I cannot imagine, a band playing, people coming in to be seated, takeout orders, people at the bar, people leaving how anything else would be smoother.
Excellent place for dinner and drinks.
Great place, the food was delicious.
We had lunch after church today at Natalie's. We had two appetizers: Phoenician fries and Muhammara Then we had two bowls one shrimp and one chicken. The flavors were amazing. The portions were huge so we took home enough for another meal. We definitely will be visiting again.

Natalie’s was good when it first opened. It had amazing, authentic food. That was its peak. It’s been downhill since with a few updrafts here and there. Food has gotten terrible, replacing quality items with peas and tomatoes as the shareables. Wait staff change weekly. Nobody is ever the same but the worst part about all of it, the food. It has gotten absolutely terrible. Some of the food tastes chemical. Another great place ruined by who knows what. Do not recommend eating here unless you like wasting money.

The food is good and I don't have any complaints other than the food is fairly expensive. I probably won't come back just because it costs too much.

My partner and I went here for a special date and I can easily say this is one of my new favorite spots in Richmond! I’m ver picky with food so usually trying new things scares me but everything that I tried was so so tasty and worth the price! The staff was super kind and the bar was beautiful, the bartender made us super good special drinks? I got the chicken shawarma and it was SCRUMPTIOUS definitely a good pick for all my garlic girlies! I’m excited to go back and try the rest of the menu!❤️
Vegetarian options: The menu has plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options and they all look actually so delicious!
