Great place for a quick breakfast before going about the rest of your day! Only reason for the 4 star is bc of the proportion of bread to substance in the bagel. I always tend to need something to drink to help pass down the bagel. But overall it’s a reasonable and convenient place to grab breakfast.
I got upcharged at $9.25 for a $7.75 bagel that I ordered. The cashier informed me that they would issue a charge back but I am still charged the full amount.
As seen in the pics, I asked for a build your own bagel for an everything bagel ($1.5) with double egg ($4), cheddar cheese ($1.5), tomato ($0.50) and herb aioli ($0.25), subtotaling $7.75.
Instead, my order was charged as the base of simple breakfast ($6.25), with the rest of the ingredients/substitutions as surcharges, totaling $9.25.
After explaining the difference to the cashier, they agreed and said they would charge back, but I am still charged the full amount.
As far as the food itself goes, the $4 double egg was incredibly thin, and the bagel was dense and chewy and didn't hold together well at all. The coffee was pretty good.

Solid bagels although a tad bready - their bulk bagels are cheaper than some of the other places so great deal there. Large too. Great service and vibes

This place is a Richmond staple. The Rosemary sea salt bagel is my faveee. I love The Glamper with this bagel. I love that you can build your own bagel sandwich from the grill too. Prices are super reasonable. I thought I would be disappointed that the bagels aren't toasted, but it always hits regardless. This location is usually super busy, so order ahead. Best for takeout, as there are only a few tables inside and out. 10/10
Excellent. the only thing is that it’s a small space and rather difficult to get sometimes

Great service but being a native-born New Yorker my bagels need to be toasted. They do not toast their bagels, so your bagels come out dry and hard.
