Marissa and Annale were amazing!! I came in with a big order and they were super accommodating and friendly. They helped me pick the best assortment based on what was the most popular and it was a big hit with the office I took it too! I’ve always loved Nate bagels and I’m so happy to see they’ve got this location in Scott’s Addition now. Will definitely be visiting this location again solely for the sweet workers!!

Nate’s Bagels is a solid spot. I ordered the lox with the works, and they were generous with the smoked salmon, which I appreciated. The regular everything bagel had good flavor and a nice texture. A little crowded inside due to the small space and the time of day but there was outdoor seating. Overall, I liked it and would go back. A dependable choice when you’re craving a classic bagel.

No one believes me when I say that Nate’s outdoes so many bagel shops in NYC. I lived there for years and still think Nate’s RVA reigns. The sandwich recipes are genius. The breakfast bahn mi is a tour de force. This place is worth the stop and the wait.

The bagels were amazing. We all had different sandwiches and we ended up trading halves between each other. The staff was even better than the food. Patience when was busy. They helped accommodate a finicky 3 year old.
The only reason I have a 4 on atmosphere is that, if you were reading in(which we were), be prepared for a tight fit. Though, they did have tables outside. If you are doing a takeaway order, it is easy and quick.
We will be going back soon. My wife has gluten issues but these bagels did not hurt nor disappoint.
