These bagels are the undisputed champ in this part of the world! They get everything right. Somehow a buttered bagel completely misses the mark we sadly found out. This bagel is perfect but if you’re expecting butter this misses the mark completely . For context, in the bakeries in the Northeast a Buttered bagel or roll has BUTTER, not as much as a cream cheese smear but doggone close! That’s buttered! We could hardly see the butter between the slices which was very disappointing AND pricey since butter is $1. So please give me butter I can see, I’ll fix it if it’s too much, but I can’t do anything about it if it’s barely there. My advice? Stick with the cream cheese smear until they’re brave enough to really Butter a Bagel!

Okay so I ordered a Reuben and the flavor was great BUT WHY are we serving cold untoasted bagels???????? Like in what world is that okay. How are you a bagel shop and can't toast a bagel. It doesn't make sense. That alone was enough to kind of kill the vibes for me personally. But other than that it was a pretty solid sandwich. I would recommend this place for like a catering order as opposed to just eat on the go, especially if you order a "hot" sandwich.

The bagels were the closest to New York bagels I have had outside of New York City. Thick and chewy and delicious! They had an amazing system of knowing which bagels went in which to go or online order bag! It was smooth and efficient, I was amazed! I wish I took pictures, but they were eaten too quickly! Yum!!

Best bagels in Richmond certified by a NJ bagel snob. Place is always packed and there is a good reason. My favorite is the poppy seed bagel with blueberry cream cheese.Parking: Not much parking if it’s busy. Only street parking and it’s a neighborhood.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in the front door

They have the best cream cheese. They definitely putting something in the cream cheese. It's so addictive.Bagel wasnt soft, but that cream cheese was on point, so I didn't care.
If it was easier to get here I'd come more often, but parking in the area is kinda difficult. That's hardly their fault though, so if you are willing to fight with Fan traffic definitely give them a try!
