Rice was either undercooked or had been sitting all day and was dry. Regardless it was crunchy. And don't be fooled, the orange chicken is a tiny piece of charred chicken with some sauce poured on it. The rooftop rocks! Absolutely recommend. Just don't eat here.I rated this place three stars a year ago, and the rating remains.

Unsure of whether the guy bartender actually used the toilet, (tall with an earring and a gold chain hanging around his neck, medium beard) but I know he did not wash his hands after leaving the toilet stall it the bathroom!!! And he returned to the bar to serve guests! Scary thought.....if he actually used the restroom.

New York Deli NO LONGER EXISTS!! It's an empty shell of a building! Looking like it hasn't been open in 10 years or more!!
Josh and Jackie are amazing!!! They are fantastic! There was a creep that was taking pictures of me with out consent and they had it delt with and handled accordingly. Amazingly handled and there was no scene, where there easily could have been, just so eloquently descalated.

**The food aside -- what really drew me to leaving a review was the fact that we were ushered through the meal (the push to get checks and keep moving, etc. made me not feel welcomed) ...and then we were actually told to leave because they wanted the table for turnover.As far as food -- I was very underwhelmed by their crab cake benedict, the flavors and sauce were very diluted. The chicken and waffles that my friend ordered, however, looked like a decent dish (and based on reviews seems the way to go).

Good vibes from the customers… Bad vibes from the staff.. I come here every once in a while on the weekends and have always had a pleasant experience! Except this time around I saw the staff telling customers they should “tip more”… I was so shocked and confused! Then saw said bartender talk to another bartender and say nasty things about the customer bc they didn’t tip to her liking on some drinks. Looking at the reviews I guess this seems to be a pattern? This is my first time seeing it but if this is their new “normal” then…. ?
