Mixed experience. Ronni was sweet and professional, and Melissa was kind and helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed overwhelmed. I tried multiple times to request a box and was completely ignored, which was frustrating. My husband, who works in food service, noticed the lack of organization and was unimpressed with how the restaurant was managed. Actually irritated him to the point we needed to leave. It was clear they were understaffed, leading to delays and a hectic atmosphere....
10/10! The food, the service, everything was on point. We had a phenomenal waitress who served a table of at least 10 people for a birthday celebration with devotion. The food was delish! By far the best tasting OG I've ever eaten at. Accommodations were made for my request for oil to dip my bread sticks, my son and his shellfish allergy was taken seriously, the salad was fresh.
