Have been a regular customer for 10 years, will never go back to this store. The worst service by Forest , when asked to speak to a Manager, I was connected to Wesley he hung up the phone. I called back and another Manager Roger started arguing, when I asked for the franchise owner he said he did not know. Hope this gets to the owner and he or she takes proper disciplinary actions, this store is going downhill with the service.

First time EVER at a Papa Johns! Having put myself THEY college in the food industry I learned one important thing , customer service! That means you greet your customer, and/or let them know it will be a moment if need be. I walked I to this Papa Johns and was COMPLETELY ignored by the girl at REGISTER, she was on the phone with another customer and yet could not take a moment to say to me "be right with you", I was ignored by the young gentleman who came to REGISTER 3 times and walked away and finally ignored by what I assume was the manager who stood by and watched the whole thing. I stood there for more than 5 minutes with not one person acknowledging my presence. RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! And frankly their veggie pizza is lacking in veggies!!! Never going back!

Ordered a Spicy Italian for delivery which per menu description comes with pepperoni plus a double portion of Italian sausage. What I received looked nothing like their pictured pizza. Half the pizza had barely any sausage and the rest definitely no double portion. Pepperoni was very light too.

They seem to make a lot of simple mistakes. Couple of days ago, we ordered sausage topping and got onions instead. Today, we asked for well done and got a burnt pizza. I only give them a three star because they corrected it and delivered us another pizza. But the delivery guy got a bad attitude. Why would you deliver something inedible to your customers in the first place?! Bad management is why they are losing to Pizza Hut.

Ordered two pizza's and an order of pepperoni rolls, three items, for delivery. All three items had something wrong with the order. The correct order was printed on the ticket attached to each item, so all they had to do was read, but that didn't happen or they read it and didn't care. Of course, you never figure out these problems until after the delivery person has left and at that point, what options do you really have but to write a Yelp review.

Horrible experience with this store. After waiting an hour and a half with no pizza I called the store and came to find out our pizzas were not delivered because the driver couldn't find our address. In this day and age? Really? Anyways, after expressing my complaint, the management refused to give me a discount on my entire purchase but only a partial discount on one of my pizzas. Never ordering from this store again, mainly because of their lack of experience/resolving issues.

Great Pizza.... The young girl who took my order was extremely pleasant and enjoyable to give your order too. I ordered 3 extra toppings of Cheese, and it looked; tasted like it ONLY had one topping of Cheese on it. Plus NO chairs for you to sit in while waiting on your order, so you had to sit out in the car where it was cold for 20 min. Otherwise I would have given this store 5 stars.
