Since first visiting back in 2024, I have not stopped buying Paix coffee. We loved it so much that we would drive 30 minutes from Midlothian to Downtown just to get our coffee early in the morning. We tell everyone about it, even now being back in Phoenix. We love it so much that we still order their beans for shipping so we can enjoy the same good taste at home. Cannot recommend enough, they have mastered the art of roasting and making coffee.
Cute space. Amazing coffee. They offer pastries from B- Side Bakery. They always have unified seasonal drinks. The beans are incredible. I usually buy beans to take and make coffee at home. Highly recommend this place.
This is hands down the best coffee in the Museum District and one of the top 3 shops in town without a doubt. They are roasting the most unique single origin coffees in town right now. Take time to check out the attached Rexco vintage shop while you’re there. 5 min walk from VMFA.
