Atleast this has been my experience on at least 4 different occasions over the last 3 months. I normally stop by if I get off of work late. Went in yesterday & placed a order for orange chicken and fried rice.. I donât know what was goin on but the food was nasty I feel like the chicken wasnât all the way done and the rice was overcooked. I will not be eating here for a while or maybe not at all..

Called and asked if they had the beyond orange chicken, she said yes. Asked if they were open till 10:30, she said yes. Drove here immediately after itâs a 20 minute drive. So I get here at 10:05 and she says the kitchen is closed and they canât make it. Why would they not mention the kitchen was about to close when i called like ?? So annoying.

This place is reallly a hit or miss for me with food I always ask for a sample before hand so please do that before you get a plate today I asked the cashier on dinner shift for a water cup and she told me â this cup is for water onlyâ I responded with âisnt that what I asked forâ which I shouldâve gave her a piece of my mind to even say that to me. she racially profiled me like I was going to put soda in a water cup I donât even drink soda at all. Wonât be coming back because that was rude had I been an older white woman would you have said the same? Customer service sucks.
Looks can be deceiving because the place looks and smells good. Food uncooked and tasteless. I had fried rice, I promise you the rice was not fully cooked. My mom had the chowmein...noodles not cooked. The black pepper chicken was hard to eat. I enjoyed the sesame chicken and walnut shrimp But no no no will not be back to this location.

The quality of the food is generally satisfactory. However, the brown rice and lo mein taste bland. Also, quite often, there are dishes that are out, and you have to wait for more to come out. The overall customer service is adequate, although there was an instance where an employee was observed handling their phone and then proceeding to handle food, which is a matter of concern for me. It is imperative that all employees adhere to the practice of WEARING GLOVES while serving food. I am uncertain as to why the manager on duty is not ensuring compliance with this regulation to the employees.
