Service was horrible in the drive thru on July 8, 2025.
My receipt says 9:05:58AM and Victoria is the cashier name listed.
When I pulled around to pay, I asked if I could give my number for rewards. She attempted to input it but something went wrong. She then said she would give me a receipt and I could do it myself. I asked if it was the only register she could try on. She said yes. I said in the entire restaurant? She said yes. 🙃 As she handed me my card and receipt (that has a strip down the middle where I’ll is missing) she says it’s the only one on the drive thru and I’m not waking to the front.
I get people have bad days, but knowing how to manage your emotions is key. I blame the management at this location because she felt comfortable enough to do this.

I came here around 7:15pm today. The floors were super sticky. You could hear everyone’s shoes sticking and unsticking as they were walking. It was incredibly disgusting feeling the stickiness of the floor as I was walking. The mac and cheese was dry and flavorless which is very disappointing because I usually love the mac and cheese. 2 stars because the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was delicious.

Everything started off great! but then after we ordered and we’re waiting, we hear the staff all complaining and sounding like they didn’t know what they were doing. But the most important thing is HOW TF DO YOU FORGET A SANDWHICH WITH A PICK TWO! already got home and didn’t feel like going back, will never go back.
