Food was alright, my issue is the way I guess the manager is talking to her employees, I can hear everything they are “doing wrong” and just now she said “I’ll stab someone in the head with that thermometer before it’s over with” - a threat of some sort I guess. I hope those employees get treated better because of my review

If this place says it’s great and has good reviews it’s not . They take over 10 minutes in drive thru line not to mention EVERY TIME I come here the drive through person sounds like they are irritated I’m here ordering or just sounds annoyed and rude . Not only is the wait long and the service is TERRIBLE but the food is either missing something, wrong or they BARELY PUT MEAT ON YOUR SANDWICHES . It’s ridiculous how much Panera charges to get barely anything and for stuff to be inaccurate or wrong they only offer a pastry. Try hiring people who actually want to do their jobs . This location makes me want to call corporate and ask them why any of these people are still working here . I’ve came here 4 times in the past month and a half, since it’s the closest Panera too me and the service is TRASH. Food is barely correct or there barely anything . Like this is the worst Panera bread in Richmond Virginia ! GO TO ANY OTHER PANERA IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE !!

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars, I order the Turkey sandwich , with FO soup . The soup was good but the sandwich bread was hard and chewy. I called back up there and I spoke to the manager. She was so kind, professional and polite .She took down my info and ask did I want a refund or do I want replace my order. I went in the next day to replace the order she was very polite and made sure I was good.. She also apologized to me again for any inconvenience . My shot goes out to Ms. TAMELA !! You don’t find good service anymore. She deserves an award for Excellent Customer Service ??

We hadn't been to Panera Bread in a while, but this time was a treat! My husband tried the pepperoni flatbread pizza, and I tried the tuna salad sandwich on a croissant. Both items were delicious! In addition, the drive-thru cashier was polite, helpful, and friendly!
