Excellent experience! We stopped in very near closing time after my son‘s baseball game. We were in town from Erie, Pennsylvania. we visit the stores near us went home and always expect and enjoyable experience. This far exceeded expectations, Ronnie the GM was so kind and stopped to chat with us for a bit. Just a very welcoming feeling!
They were a little understaffed during this visit, but they handled it well. Ordering was done at the self serve kiosk. The food still came out quickly and the staff apologized for any delay.
The employees fixing the orders seem to be playing around instead of doing their job. My husband stood there at the pick up counter waitng for our food to go. The order with our name never came up. My husband finally said something about our order not being up there in a bag with his name on it to the guy behind the counter. The employee says oh I put it under the wrong persons name. My husband would have been standing there forever! Sure enough it was our order under someone...
