Our flight got delayed about 5 hours, we walked in 10 minutes before close and they served us. They were so kind and patient with us. We spoke with Ronnie and YeLena and they were great!! The food came out hot and quick, the place is clean and you couldn't find nicer people. As we were leaving we saw a man come in who took their extra food to donate. He had at least 4 boxes he took with him. Love that they give back to the community! 🩷
It had been awhile since I had been to a Panera Bread. I was reminded how much I love this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was great! I don't live near this one, but I would definitely visit again if I'm ever in the area.
Just leaving this to note the I’m assuming manager or shift lead with the short pink hair was extremely rude in the way she talked to her staff, aggressive and condescending for no reason. Maybe it was an off day for them but it’s just a sandwich shop…it’s not that deep. Made me and my friend uncomfortable as a guest.
