Ordered a pick 2 bacon turkey bravo no tomato and broccoli cheddar soup. I received no bacon and Ham was added to my turkey meat… clearly people making the sandwiches don’t know how to make them correctly

Our dinner here was terrible and they served my one year old son expired yogurt. They brought our our meals with no sides. We went back up to the counter and asked for them and they made it right. My husbands bowl of soup was also the same size as my cup of soup which we thought was odd since there is clearly a price difference. We asked about it and they said his was a full bowl even though it was the same size as mine. Then I get back to the table and realize my $10 salad doesn’t have chicken. I go back up and ask for it and they add some. No big deal but the issues are starting to pile up at this point.We felt like we paid $30 for maybe $5 worth of food. My son was almost finished with his yogurt when we noticed it expired a week ago. I was so shocked that they would be serving expired dairy and then I saw other reviews with the same issue so it’s been an issue for awhile and they aren’t addressing it.The worst part is I reached out to customer service via email and they apologized and asked for my card and order info for a refund and they never issued one for us. I’ve followed up twice and have been ghosted.

Staff is always friendly and kind. The food can be slow to get made if you are dining in. This store unfortunately gets people running scams pretty consistently in the booths in the back. I like to come here to get homework done and it breaks my heart that there's always some amway person spouting off financial buzzwords at a poor unsuspecting soul under the guise of a "coffee date". I wish the store would do more to prevent this but I know they can't monitor everyone who comes in.
Sandwiches have become smaller and priced more. Still tasty and i always enjoy their food.

I've not eaten there in years. Man, my sandwich was soooooo fresh and good. The soda THOUGH, it was so good. It tasted like real Coca-Cola, like yummy. I don't even drink McDonald's coke because it's always trash. Panera Bead, in the Arnold S. tone, "I'll be back." The were out of some items I requested, bummer, but my meal made up for it. Friendly young lady at the register. She was knowledgeable.

How can you mess up pizza. Even though it tasted decent. It did not look good. They were selfish with the cheese. One pepperoni per square... wanted more for this $13 Flatbread pizza. Everything is overpriced and under quality now days. Will not order this again.
