I did the rapid pickup option ordering ahead of time. When I got there, I waited 30 min for my order. My coworker had the same issue. She also paid online for extra chips, and food in her salad and it wasn't in the order. Food was tasty though.
I ordered a soufle from the display case. First I was told that the soufle is a breakfast item only, which is false as I have only ever ordered the soufle in the afternoon. Then, I was told it was because they'd lost power and have to throw them out. Just a small suggestion but maybe throw away the things you can't sell instead of leaving them in the display case. Otherwise you're keeping, displaying and essentially advertising inedible food (which kinda seems like...
