Delivery service here is awful. Tipped 20% of the order total to the delivery driver. They delivered the pizza without notification, no app update, no knock, no doorbell. The online pizza tracking updated to "delivered" 30+ min after the estimated delivery time. Pizza was sitting on my porch for who knows how long and cold when I found it. They did not include all the items from my order. Was never able to get in touch with anyone at the store to resolve the issue.

I was especially impressed with their delivery service. I had to request my pizzas be delivered to a hospital room specifically because I could not meet anyone in the lobby. I was very impressed with their willingness to do this for me. The pizza was great. I wish they had a few more options for their vegetarian pizza but it was still very very good. I was able to buy extra pizzas for the nursing staff and they told me they especially enjoyed the cheese pizza. Like be they also enjoyed the garlic bites a lot. There are good size but I wish you could order more per order. However that is easily overcome by ordering multiple orders.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location multiple times and there is always an issue with the delivery whether they forgot my drink I ordered or they just take forever. Their pizza tracker is inaccurate and the customer service is abysmal.

Possibly the worst Papa Johns in Richmond. Delivery time is always 1hour+. Even pickup takes forever. Once I had an order ready for pickup and once I got there I had to wait for another 20min.

I ordered an online order through their website and when I got home I realized it was wrong. They gave me a completely different pizza than I ordered. When I called to correct the situation, they picked up and told me to wait a minute and then left me there for 45 minutes. When I hung up and called back I was immediately placed on hold again. I would not recommend this location if you want the order you paid for or if you’re looking for anyone helpful.

If I select "hand it to me" in the app, why would you leave it at my door and not even knock? Not only that, why would you just drop it and deliver it like this? And the manager hung up on me...twice. Terrible service.

If I could give negative I would omfg. Never answered the phone, refused to refund me, got my pizza an hour and a half late. The worker behind the counter was extremely disrespectful and ignored me for ten minutes

So rude on the phone, hung up the first time and then a woman sassed us the second time saying “We don’t serve cold pizza.” It’s been cold and about an hour late every time we have ordered from this location.

The food, as in all papa johns, is delicious. But the service is absolutely bad, I have had two different girls, they have been rude and even racist, I don't know why they have those two women serving me, when the guys have even served me better. You have no desire to go to this place.

Papa Johns USED to be my favorite “chain” pizza place. Not anymore! All thanks to this horrible location. I live literally right down the street from here, btw. After an HOUR of patiently waiting for our pizza, I decided to call the restaurant to check on it. I was greeted with sass, and eventually got hung up on mid sentence. Great customer service, yall! If you hate your job so much, quit! Crazy concept right?
I decided to call corporate after that phone call plus the over an hour wait. They told me I’d get an email in 48 hours with what to do next, never got an email.
Don’t go to Papa Johns, period. Support local pizza places, which I will be doing from now on. :)
