She was smoking cigarettes front of the door and then she came inside and fight with me for why I didn't tell her I ordered the food from Doordash, and just said online order. Never step in that store again. The food were okay but less stuff than other stores.

I ordered my pizza online 30 minutes before arriving at this location after driving over 5 hours from New Jersey. I was hungry and tired, but when I arrived, the employee (a Black woman at the counter) told me my order was already picked up. Then she yelled at me and said I had to be patient. I wasn’t being rude, just hungry and confused. I was shocked by the attitude and lack of professionalism. I’m very disappointed. This is not how you treat customers. Never had an experience like this at any Papa John’s.

The manager Ethan is a liar and was extremely rude. Sloppy, inconsistent service every time I order delivery. Never follow noted instructions. The drivers have always been kind.

I'm not sure if most of the bad reviews were of a past management or if I just got lucky....but I had an amazing delivery experience. My order time said almost an hour, and they got it there in half that. They followed all my delivery instructions, and my order was correct. Not much else I can ask for ordering from a Papa John's. I had a great experience and would order from there again. I should mention the place we were staying at was very close to the store, but that being said they still met, if not exceeded expectations.

Delivery service here is awful. Tipped 20% of the order total to the delivery driver. They delivered the pizza without notification, no app update, no knock, no doorbell. The online pizza tracking updated to "delivered" 30+ min after the estimated delivery time. Pizza was sitting on my porch for who knows how long and cold when I found it. They did not include all the items from my order. Was never able to get in touch with anyone at the store to resolve the issue.
