Tgis location wasnt like this during my last visit. It has been about a year. I didnt understand why the reviews were so low until I had my own experience. I ordered 10 pizzas and they were all warm. I was so disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. This location has declined tremendously, and based on the reviews, im not the only complaint. I hope someone changes the service.

Ordered pizza and gave a 30% tip, driver came to the wrong address, talking about some dormatory? he started saying the wrong meal, then 10 min later cane to the wrong side of the building, then tried to say they can't deliver to apartments, even though they did it twice that week. Then he forgot both my drinks. The pizza was also missing a slice, whether it was cut badly or eaten by the driver, I don't know. You could very clearly see where it was pulled. I called them was on hold for 20 minutes, so I decided: Screw it, I'll just drive there. As I stared there at the two drinks I needed, another half hour passes by to get their attention. she looked extremely busy as she stood there doing absolutely nothing, it immediately hit me why she wasn't able to use the phone. while everyone else was making the orders, and running back-and-forth to the car for delivery, she was the captain of the ship. Standing there proudly, an anchor for all of them.

At this point, I stopped being pensive and overly nice and I tried to be more firm about explaining the simple thing I needed. I wasn't asking for a refund for the delivery fee or the $20 tip. A driver walked by me and started venting to me about how bad the woman was, she's clearly disliked even at her own store. I work 40 hours a week in retail too, I live in the same city you do and I pay the same rent! You're not any different dude.

She of course, finally said she would redo the pizza and it would take five minutes, and I've been standing here for another 20.

I don't know if the store will reply, I don't know if they'll lie. I obviously can't respond back if they say something.it's obviously a low rated place nearby VCU and very stressed. And I will probably forget this by the morning, but it's kind of frustrating.

obviously, I'm gonna hit up customer service for a refund.

Always a pleasure. I get lunch from them usually about once a week and it's always a good time. Today, I got a stuffed crust pepperoni for pick up and they were ready in 7 minutes! Keep up the good work and good luck with the marathon tomorrow.

My wife Ordered 24 bone-in with buffalo wings and a lg pizza stuffed crust, cheese pizza, with half sausage and half cheese pizza.
When I recieved the order the wings had no sauce on them, called the store to complain and had to call 4 stores to get the correct store and the manager said I can send you sauce to put on the wings, he then said would not replace the wings. The third party company that takes call in orders the terrible, the manager said he was cursed at when he was called for the complaint.
Paid $52.00 and didn't receive my order correctly, will not order from this company AGAIN EVER

I placed an order for two pizzas for carryout, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and all customers were forced into a massive line at the pickup window. There were at least 30 people in front of me, and with orders taking 10 minutes each, it was clear I’d be stuck there all night. I ended up leaving and had to abandon my order.

To make matters worse, a delivery driver coming out admitted that the employee inside was deliberately dragging her feet and being petty. Completely unacceptable behavior.

And of course, when I tried to reach out about this disaster, Papa John’s customer service never bothered to respond.

This was absolutely ridiculous and some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Out in an order and waited an hour when they said 40 min. The guy showed up and then just drove off. I literally watched him drive away with my pizza. This is Absolutly unacceptable. We called them twice and they hung up on us. Poor management and terrible delivery service. They said they would send him back and it’s been 2 hours. He should dropped it off the first time. Someone needs to be fired

Purchased 5 large pies & 2 sodas for a late morning event. Manager (guessing) challenge me in the parking lot concerning the parking spot. Eventually took my order (snappy) & told me 20 minutes. 1 hour later I received my order. Last time frequenting that establishment
