Ordering ahead for the office at their request, I noticed a deal and ordered an XL NY style pizza for dinner. My husband said it reminded him of the pizza at the ice rink when he was a kid. Very little sauce, hard thin crust, looked nothing like the ad. ? I couldn’t find anything local or better near my office so went ahead with the team’s suggestion so ordered regular crust pizzas and they turned out really pretty good! The customer service I received today was hands down the best I had in awhile!
My partner and I decided to get some late night grub. Papa Johns so happen to be the only place open. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smiling face from a gentleman with glasses and another gentleman who looked like the delivery man. They were both so nice and had great customer service! I was very happy with my service

I ordered a couple of pizzas and a soda on the app which told me the food would get to me in about an hour. Shortly after I received a call letting me know that the delivery time would take longer than usual due to lack of delivery drivers. The manager Toni told me she’d give me a 25% discount if I was able to pick it up as an option. She was pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience multiple times.
