I called Papa John's at 6100 West Broad Street Richmond Virginia to order a large 1 topping pizza for $9.99 as I seen advertised on TV the night before.....first I was given the run around and told that I needed to order online.When I called back I was told that the offer was no longer valid and the pizza was $21.95....I tried to call the complaint line and that was fake too.....man, I don't know what happened to papa John's but I will never. do any business with them again......they are some stone cold crap!
This was without a doubt, the worst pizza I've ever had. I paid close to $30 for this garbage. Paper thin and raw crust with the meat only sprinkled in the center of the pizza. Absolute trash and will never buy from Papa John's again.

I gave this Papa John a second chance...big mistake..instead of hair in pizza I got chicken parm bites that was soaked in oil and only 2 pieces had a small chunk of chicken. Epic fail. The dough was barely cooked! Lesson learned...NEVER USE PAPA JOHNS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND GET CRAP FOOD! Pictures attached.
