Never getting delivery again, food was cold by the time it got delivered. I could have driven up there 3 times before the delivery person arrived. Definitely gonna carry out from now on

I went here after one of the worst long days following a hospital stay and trying to get back to work . I ordered in the lobby a papadia and some boneless Chipotle wings to take home rather than delivery. I used my ATM card there and the following morning my bank alerted me that someone was fraudulently charging meta pay to my card. Since this is the only place I had used the card for days it seemed peculiar. The fellow that took my order continuously was running around the place like Ed Grimley from SCTV and although touching my ready to go order 3x couldn't seem to make the connection that I was sitting there and patiently waiting for 20 minutes now and helped everyone that came in after me to get their food and roll out.
I had to cancel my bank card and that made a lot of autopays derail - had to drive to the bank get a temporary ATM card. Had to make various phone calls and stress about it all. Don't use your ATM card there. If the little guy in there taking your order is looking methed up then remind him that you're not the invisible man- that in fact you're trying to dip out asap and to quit geekin on my food in there!
Other than that it was OK. Will pay cash next time and get names of those waiting on me.

Pizza arrived cold even though they are only 2.3 miles away (took it well beyond a reasonable time to arrive) and then they forgot part of our order. I hate it when you give a tip before you experience the service and then are so very disappointed. I haven't ordered from here before and won't be ordering again!

Ordered over $160 of pizza for my kids birthday. They called less than an hour before the party stating that they canceled my order due to issues with the ordering system. I called the store and despite having all of the ingredients for my already paid for order, functional ovens, and staff to make the order, they refused to make the pizzas. They said that it would mess up their inventory if they made pizzas with the system down…..they would rather it just mess up my kids birthday. They refused to let me speak with the manager.

Ordered a pizza and it was less than 20 mins getting to me, which I know it should've taken longer. The pizza was luke warm and the crust was soft. When I called the store, I was put on hold for over 10 mins. I gave up and decided not to worry about it since I had hungry kids here. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and green pepper pizza !! The pizza was good my concern was the size of the pizza. It was ~13 inches in diameter but the diameter of the actual area that was covered with ingredients was only 8.5 inches. Only a little more that 50% of the pizza was ingredients and the other 50% was crust. Great pizza but not enough of it!! Using the area of a circle to calculate the % actually covered with ingredients.
The staff is always super friendly (and it’s always a different person at the front). Always ready on time, pizza is well made and well cut. This location is ran very well!

The team is very friendly and provided fast service. Ordered online and was ready within 10 minutes. Layout is different in the sense that there is no going inside the building. Just pick it up at the window.

Great food but Jesus You fail on square cut every single time like 9 out of 10 times. Why offer it if you are not about it? DeAndre is your best employee. The rest of you are scrubs.

Literally have never had an experience like this. For a fast food, pizza joint they act like they're working at Ruth's Chris. Their food is sub-par, and their attitudes are worse. I'll be going elsewhere.
