Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
Everything is full of flavor down to the sauce.
It was like $20 for a pizza and breadsticks.
It was hot and fresh.
They are kind. The place is old, but really clean.
There isn’t much space for eating there, but honestly it’s so good it doesn’t matter. Eat it in the car if you can’t wait.

I placed an order online and after a while didn't receive any notification that it had been received so I called the store. Person answering the phone was impossible to understand. He put the phone down and left me there for 10 minutes until I finally hung up. Very unprofessional.

We are new to Virginia and we hit the jackpot with papa Lou’s pizza. It’s so flavorful. Best pizza in Richmond, VA Always great service. Only 2 tables to eat in.

The customer service sucks. They only serve their people first. Waited in line 1st in line for 15 mins. They dont speak, no greeting, atmosphere really off. They told me 30 mins I come past 30 mom's waited 15 mins just to finally be serve before they talked to their kind just to wait other 10 mins for my order. I honestly didn't even mean to order from here because I didn't like the atmosphere the 1st time and that was years ago. So when the GPS took me here I was kind of piss off!!!! And this is the main reason. Customer service here is the worst. Than to find out they had my order now its cold. Worst customer service. And food cold as hell. I'm piss definitely remembering this spot to not go back

Oh my goodness! First time eating from here. Delivered early and it was hot. The wings were the bomb and the pizza was "piece de Resistance". Now on my regulars list.
Never had anything that was bad. The food is great.

O stars ? because I told him about 4 days ago to send the driver with change he said ok, next thing I know a lady showed up that doesn't speak English I said do you have change and she was like umm I dont know/no, so he got mad and I had to pay through card, and the next time which was yesterday I tried to give him a tip for the driver on my card and he said, I don't have time to talk about a $4 tip and hung up, so MY WIFE called today off her phone to order he took it got our address and the driver has still not came, I called back on my phone 2 x's and he let it go to voice mail, these ppl are trash and the driver just showed up @ 8:22 P.M. tonight no call and remember the owner wouldn't answer my call but he can send a driver that doesnt call I wouldnot recommend he will go out of business!!!
