We stopped in on our way home to NC. Upon entering, we were greeted by a regular who eats here 3 - 4 times a week. He gave us a good recommendations, and spoke highly of the staff. All of our food came out better than expected, and quickly. Our waitress, Harley, was very attentive, friendly, and kind. She went over the top to make sure that we had a comfortable experience. She even put on a pot of coffee for me before I even ordered it, because she heard me talk to the regular...
I got the BBQ sandwich combo. Everything was fresh. The fries were fries. The BBQ was delicious, and the sauce at the table is unique in a good way. The server was super friendly. Very laid- back atmosphere.
Amazing food. Sounds dumb... but collards were so good and reminded me of my mom's so much, I teared up a little. I miss her. I lost her about 4 years ago. But food was amazing. BBQ sandwich piled high, and their home made sauce was amazing
