We’ve been coming to Pho So 1 for more than 10 years, and we still eat here at least once a week or every other week. That’s how much we love this place. This place was so good I went twice in 1 weekend while I was down there for a wedding. The pho broth was fragrant, rich and had all of the aromatics. The cuts of meat were thinly sliced and so tender. We shared everything from the banh mi, bun Bo hue and pho. This restaurant was very clean and they had well over 20 tables inside. Servers are attentive and food comes out really fast. It’s a great place to enjoy some quality Vietnamese cuisine.

The Pho Tai is good and the broth was just right, it had a good balance of noodles and meat.
I got the egg rolls to and it had nice hint of ginger that I now copy in my own recipe!
Its good Pho, thats all you need to know if you just want to come here for the Pho!
