I love Piccola’s Italian Pizza & Subs, I have been going to this restaurant for over 13 years. They are a small family owned restaurant, with great authentic Italian food. That is not overly priced, and will great you. I can’t say enough about the taste and quality of their food. Some of my favorite’s are a huge slice of plain cheese pizza, there cheese fries made with real cheese and the over generous amount of chicken they add to there salads. It is truly a gem in the city.
Absolutely terrible business. Driver yells at me for him needing to go up stairs to deliver the food? Owners says after I call him and let him know “we don’t want to have you as a customer anyhow”
Interesting response… if I’m paying $7 for a tip and $6 for deliver, deliver the food to the door don’t leave that outside.
Keep in mind- their app literally makes you put instructions for delivery including codes, floors, directions, etc. all I did was call the owner to tell him that they should change their app, bc if your policy is to not deliver to doors (like unheard of tbh..???) then PUT THAT ON THE INSTRUCTIONS
Miserable company, mediocre pizza, awful staff. Do not buy.
