Pizza Hut in Richmond

“We had an incorrect door dash delivery from this Pizza Hut and when we notified this establishment, we were met with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They quickly sent us our order and couldn’t have been kinder. We will definitely be ordering from here again!!!“

“I have been getting pizza at this Pizza Hut location for Many years on a regular basis The food is always hot and ready, so good!
The staff is always nice And friendly. I’ve never had an issue. Totally satisfied and glad they’re so close to my home.“

I grew up eating at Pizza Hut when they were really the only restaurant style pizza place to go to they've always been my favorite but once they close down all the sit-down walk-in pizza places and all these cheaper pizza places started popping up all over the place the quality of everybody's Pizza has gone down and that's unfortunate but I still personally like the Pizza Hut pizza better than than anybody else's that's you know that's just my opinion but the quality I think it's still a little better because but the other the other brands all the other quick places I don't think they had up to add you just trying to make a quick Buck which is what everybody is trying to do anyway but hey that's just my opinion sorry about the typos my phone doesn't type perfect English because it was made in China“

“Great Garden vege pizza on my recent visit. All ingredients were just in right proportions and the pizza was cooked just to a right time imparting great taste to the pizza!I must acknowledge that this one was one of the tastiest pizzas I have ever had from Pizza Hut after having one from Buffalo NY Pizza Hut which was still above than this one.“

“This Pizza Hut really does an excellent job with their vegetable pizza. I opted for the thin crust version, and it turned out perfectly crispy, just the way I like it. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the crust had that satisfying crunch that makes every bite enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was that we specifically asked them not to cut the pizza, and they actually honored that request—something that’s not always the case at other locations. I’ve had situations where I’ve asked for no cuts, only to receive a pizza that's been sliced anyway. “They won't let you use the bathroom that's in the lobby. Got the New Yorker. It looked great. Got home and took a bite. It was way too salty, too much parmesean cheese, and way too much oregano. It was very upsetting. The pizza looked very inviting. But no. Got the boneless wings, and they're not wings. They were about the size of a dime. They should resemble what you see in the commercial. Wasted trip and money.“

“We were staying at Hampton Inn - South and there is nothing around for food, we drove to Hopkins Road, first stop at dominos and they would not take our order, so we finally found this Pizza Hut, I ordered our pizza at 8:11 and Jasmine told me 15 minutes. I went back in 15 minutes and it was hot and ready. I asked if she had any plates and she said that their truck doesn’t deliver them anymore, but she said wait a minute and she gave me plates from their break room- now that’s going the extra mile to make your customers keep ordering Pizza Hut. Thank you Jasmine! PS - the pizza was so good!“
