While I received an item made incorrectly the interaction when I called was perfect. when I called the young lady that answered the phone was very sweet. She confirmed all items in my order and asked which item was made incorrectly. She then transferred me to the manager to remedy it and he handled it perfectly. I will still continue to visit the pizza hut because they handled everything the way it should have been handled and the customer service was top tier.

The man helping me with my order (cant recall the name but it was a Tuesday night maybe the manager) was incredibly pleasant and outgoingly attentive and the pizza was as good as I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. I don’t review chains unless the location far exceeds expectations and he made that happen tonight!

Got a stuffed crust pepperoni, fresh and fast delivery! I was worried something was wrong when it marked as delivered… but I didn’t have it in my hands, so I called and as I got the phone answered he knocked. Great job.
