Actually, it's a pretty decent Popeyes. The food is usually reasonably hot to fresh. It is never rock hard, cold, or inedible. They have never messed my order up either.

The service is what you expect from a Popeyes. They aren't the fastest or most pleasant in the world like Chic-fil-a, but they provide solid service. Sometimes they pull you, but they are good about running you your food and not forgetting that you're sitting there.

Popeyes. That chicken, man. That crispy, spicy, juicy chicken. It's a masterpiece. Seriously, if you're craving fried chicken, they've nailed the recipe. The spice blend is perfect, the skin is always crunchy, and the meat is consistently moist. I'll give them that, they know their chicken.
However, that's where the praise ends. The sides? A complete and utter disappointment. Sadly, bc back home their sides were good but not here.The mac and cheese is often a gloppy, flavorless mess. The biscuits? Dry and crumbly, like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. And don't even get me started on the mashed potatoes – watery and bland. It's like they put all their effort into the chicken and then completely phoned it in on everything else.
Then there's the service. Prepare for a wait, even when there's no visible line. Orders are frequently wrong, and the staff often seems overwhelmed or disinterested. Getting a simple drink refill can feel like pulling teeth. And forget about any semblance of politeness or efficiency. It's a gamble every time you go.
So, if you're willing to endure a frustrating experience and mediocre sides for some truly excellent chicken, Popeyes might be worth it. Just go in with low expectations for anything other than the main event.

Morning crew March 2nd needs training or removal of supervision went thru drive through personal on other end keeps making order for me instead of listening and stop being like he a gangster...before his smart mouth get him late

this is the second time i have had issues with my delivery. last time i ordered they forgot 2 of my sides. I called back to mention it and they hung up on a paying customer. i called back and the manager answered and asked me to come back even though I had it delivered. I informed him I was at work and it would be impossible. This time they forgot my drinks and the blamed was put on my delivery driver, who i had to convince id cashapp him to go back and retrieve my drinks. This will be my last time ordering or even entering this location. It has nothing but kids working there and they are entirely unproffesional. Again I WOULD NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.

I had to cancel my order. I ordered online, through the app. I get there only to find out they only had breasts! Why would I want 8 breasts? It's definitely not what I ordered. Why didn't the app let me know they were out of chicken?

Chicken tenders and sides were horrible. Way too hard and overcooked. I'm assuming because it's Superbowl Sunday the foods bad. I had good food here before but this time was definitely very disappointing

Why so skimpy!!!

Every time I order GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS from them through Ubereats, they are so damn skimpy on giving the garlic Parmesan sauce. See the picture. I mean how am I supposed to eat fried wings with just a hint of sauce!!

Their service is constantly bad. If somebody is ordering garlic Parmesan wings, you better make it extra creamy rather than giving dry chunks of fried stuff!!!!

Never, ordering from them again.

Slowest service ever. 3 cars in the drive-thru, was told to pull around the front. On minute 17 and still no chicken. Do not, I repeat, do not eat at this popeyes location.

I went there to order a chicken sandwich meal Upon me arriving the girl that took my order had an attitude Also I ordered a lemonade Mango frozen I got to the window. She handed me a cup with lemonade and mango at the bottom of the cup and crush ice sitting at the top. You could tell it had not been mixed up.I said to her.Why does it look this way? She said to me with an attitude.That's the way it's supposed to look And her shift manager was standing right there He was trying to talk to her about her attitude So I take my food And

Get to my Destination open up my chicken sandwich And it is full with mayo gushing out every So now I'm upset because I paid $13 plus text for this meal and I couldn't even eat my Chicken Sandwich. And then the girl messed up my lemonade drink and she had an attitude to top it all off with. Thank you very much, popeye you need to do better with your employees.
