Ordering online means nothing. Ordered at 7pm ......742 and im still waiting

Never coming here again. Service was VERY slow and employees seemed to care less. Order was not complicated but took over 15 minutes to get sandwiches and fries. Soda was very watery.

Do online pickup for 1:00 PM ,get there had to. wait it's 1:20 PM people have come and gone make it make sense .

The people are very, very nice The service was great number one and the bathroom was clean the dining room tables that was no crumbs on the floor around the restaurant and she knows how to talk to her employees that was something that I would recognize which was very important to me. How you treat your guest and also how you treat your employee show. What kind of person you are with great eye contact great customer service and then providing items as suggestive sale of what I’m may have needed and I think her and also asked I want a dessert the apple pie and I decline but the service was excellent. She needs to be recognized.

They had very little chicken. My order was boxed and sat on the counter for 5 plus minutes until the whole order was ready. The chicken was lukewarm and dry. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were delicious but also lacked warmth. It was a long wait, even the drive thru customers had to come in and wait over 5 minutes. The drink machine was 85% empty. There was a lot of issues with getting food cooked and ready for customers especially for lunch time.

Ordered Fried Pickles, 8 piece butterfly shrimp and what we thought was a three piece wing order. The fried pickles and shrimp - horrible. Tasted like leftovers from a week ago. Pickles - hard and unedible. Shrimp - more breading than shrimp. Also hard, horrible and unedible even after peeling off the thick breading.
Fries - Tasty though not a full container
Service - Good. Very respectful. Only reason for 4 stars in this area.

The woman at the window was so rude wouldn’t even let me finish my order just kept saying pull the the window and gave me the opposite of what I asked and just for me to find a ton of hair in my chicken sandwich. People like that don’t deserve a job especially if they can’t work at a fast food chain.
