The manager is S+ tier. Michael is engaged with the customers engaged with the employees and engaged with the perception of his store. He has so much pride in himself his people and the service this is hands-down. The best Popeyes I’ve ever been to the food is always fresh and if there’s a problem, it is handled immediately with no friction.

The manager Cortisha is so pleasant polite friendly & The GM Mr. Michael Watkins is awesome always welcoming smiling & friendly he always make sure his customers are pleased & satisfied. He's a great access to the company. I have seen alot of managers but Cortisha is one of the best always smiling& welcoming guests & making her customers happy & makes them feel welcome to come back I come...
5 star, awesome manager. But employees, jeez. Had to wait an hour total with the unorganized employees after being told to go park. After checking on food in drive through after a half hour, still wasn't done. Went in a half hour after that, manager gave me the food. He was the only one in the entire building who knew what he was doing. Very nice he was. Its like he is doing everything. If it wasnt for him, I likely would have never got my food.
