You gotta, just gotta try this place. The bologna burger harkens back to old days made new again (14 years in Lakeside). The cook is salty, kind, and fun to banter with. The owners came in and treated the granddaughters to pom poms, books, and bubble-maker sets, because everyone wants to be a cheerleader, books are priceless, and bubbles are fun. Great value. Great food. Close to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. So fun! So good!

What a great spot. I am a big believer in the smallest of places having the biggest of flavors and personalities.

This place was kitschy in the very best sense of the word! There are lots of unique items to look at while enjoying your lunch. I had a footlong with sauerkraut and it was AMAZING. 😋 The reviews are right: there are only 6 stools and space is tight, but what it lacks in square footage it makes up for in atmosphere and taste!
