Went their assuming that, will get fresh juice but they have fresh bottle juice. I can’t say about any of the smoothies or juice as didn’t tried!

Average smoothie, -1 star for average flavor, -1 star because they wouldn’t let me swap out a protein scoop for a peanut butter scoop in my smoothie even tho they are priced the same as ad ons. Just bad customer service makes no sense to me. Corporate needs to change that policy.

I really love what they sell here and I’m a regular customer. However, today I asked if it was possible to make a smaller portion similar to what my two-year-old daughter eats, since I wanted to place a separate order for her. I completely understand if that’s not something they can do, but the way the staff member responded felt a bit dismissive.

Additionally, my order was not as well prepared or organized as it usually is. Everything is normally very well done, but this time it was quite disappointing.

The staff is usually very friendly, which is why this experience surprised me. It seemed like she might have been the only one working and possibly under a lot of stress, and I do understand that. Still, the tone and manner of the response could have been better.

Because of this experience, I may consider other options moving forward.

Got the banana nut toast. $8 to eat a brick of tar. Nasty. Only thing pleasant was the juice I got. Overpriced and severely underwhelming.

Delicious smoothies, I highly recommend The Pure Green Smoothie with Collagen Protein added. Such a great healthy meal or snack on the go. They also have so many cold pressed juices and shots to choose from. Staff are always so friendly and chill.
