My history with Qdoba laburnum has been rocky, and recently I’ve questioned the management. What has happened to all the old staff? Occasionally I see the older staff which I have come accustomed to, but they’re being replaced by a new and bigger crew? I hope the management realizes bigger is not always better.

I went there for the first time yesterday and my experience was amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome .The staff were very nice and very helpful since i didn't know exactly what i wanted .I ended up getting a bowl and it was so delicious !I will definitely be coming back 😍

Service is great! Always clean and friendly. Love the free guac. Great customer service from the cashier Desarey! I had an issue with my bowl not being prepared the way I would like and the manager Quiarrah helped get my situation resolved. Would come again 10/10!

Awful!!!! There was debris in my food and the DM Kiara refused to give a refund. She refused to engage or rectify to awful situation. Worst customer service and experience ever. I took their survey and no one has bothered to contact me about this matter.

My experience at this Qdoba location was amazing!! Their cashier Desarey was sweet; greeted us right when we walked in and provided excellent customer service. The manager Quiarrah was awesome with helping as it seemed the cashier was still training and needed help with a promo code of mine, she was quick to help and attend to us. I love coming here. Will definitely be coming again!

Now seeing I'm a Chipotle fan this changed the game. My bowl was really, really good and the amount of food, let's just say WINNER! I have really been sleeping on this place because the extras you pay for at Chipotle are free here. Like queso and guacamole. The amount of protein I got was scandalous, I was speechless. As a Chipotle fan I was used to that tablespoon of chicken you get at some locations. I will add the chicken at Chipotle is more flavorful but once you add all your free toppings, you won't notice. Who knew but Qdoba has pickled onions, say YUM!! Plus, you can get ground beef too. We ordered two bowls that were heavy, full and loaded, with a total cost of $23.54. I had so much food I split my bowl in two meals. I ate some for dinner then lunch the next day. The service was standard, decor standard but the food did shine. Definitely try this place 💯, worth it. 👌 Bye now!!!!

Very terrible! food looked good but makes you sick afterwards. Never go here unless you don’t mind having diarrhea!
