I got the lobster tail and shrimp scampi special. It was delicious, our waitress was on point! Definitely an excellent dining experience!

Am I the only person who doesn’t know that RL does not accept tap n’pay??? What if I’m a person who doesn’t want to get scammed? Are they willing to lose me as a customer?
I will say the meal was good…I got the Southwest Shrimp lunch …which is priced the same as dinner! Go figure! Anyway, the salad was good but I think overpriced for lunch - I would have went for a smaller size if that were the case. My waitress, Kia, was excellent. I was having a VERY bad morning and she didn’t say much…but her vibe was so relaxed! She took good care of me. The TV in the bar area was extremely loud with a LOT of screaming…my daughter was Murdered 2 years ago and her birthday is 5 days out…I was a wreck this morning…I told Kia the tv was disturbing to me (I explained why) and she immediately went to the bar and asked them to turn down the volume! It was an immediate relief of something BIG but small that was causing much distress for me…at that moment…but KIA took care of it. I pray blessings over this young lady and I hope she receives everything good that life has in store for her!
I forgot to take a picture of the BOWL…but trust me it was good. I did a Margarita flight…I didn’t forget to capture that pic!

Staff was very uncaring, from the hostess, to our server. When we walked in, there were several tables that were left uncleared and forks and straws left on the floor nearby. The food took a very long time and our server did not check on us at all. I would recommend senior management check this location and retrain staff for service improvement and motivation.

Made a reservation to make sure my party would be seated relatively quickly. When arriving, was told I had a 15 minute wait. I am assuming the manager was at the front desk. We were fine with 15 minutes. Then he said another 15 to 30 minutes. When asked about our reservation, he said that was so that they would know how many patrons they would have. Never heard that one before. After waiting another 20 minutes we decided to go to another restaurant. Red Lobster was relatively empty. I guess they didn't have enough servers. The manager's attitude was horrible. That was another reason we left. This used to be the best Red Lobster in Richmond. It's sad to see this one go downhill also.

Even if you have a reservation, you are not guaranteed a table. We had a reservation for 10 people at 7:30 and after getting here on time, they said we had a 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes I checked to see when we would be seated and they said it would be another 15 minutes. We decided to leave because that is ridiculous. The manager said he could do absolutely nothing and that we misunderstood the meaning of a reservation. Would never come back here.

I was craving Red Lobster so I decided to come. However, sometimes you’re better off cooking because customer service lacks so bad these day.

Firstly, it was my birthday. The host noticed and told me happy birthday while walking to the table. The servers reaction lacked ( no, you don’t have to care but if I’m a server and you decide to eat at the establishment I work at for your birthday I’m going to do everything to make sure you have the best experience with me possible).

Started off with ONE water when it was clearly two people at the table.. okay
Next I receive my salad. However, i was never given any silverware. Waters and silverware aren’t automatic anymore?

I added scallops to my meal only for them to not be there. Then to wait 15 minutes after I received my meal and I’m paying extra for them? I don’t want them anymore.

My spouse got the pasta with sauce dripping off the plate? So we don’t take the time to ensure proper preparation and presentation anymore?

Might I add the silverware looks filthy

Disappointed because growing up Red Lobster was the it spot. Now, I won’t be returning.

Server walks past and doesnt even ask you if you’re okay or if you need anything.

Nice and clean. But we were sitting at the table for 10 minutes before our server Sean came to the table. He took our order and then he went missing for about 10 more minutes he finally came back with our drinks about 20 minutes after that all the tables that came in after us had received their food and was eating while we was still waiting or food finally came 10 minutes after the other tables and one of our orders was wrong so we sent it back. And after I finally received the correct order it was not tasty at all if I could leave no stars I would.

Change the bulbs to at least 70w because why is it so dark in here. Both orders of soup were cold but the bowls were scalding hot ?. The stuff mushrooms were chalky. Poor Shaquille (waiter) was running around apologizing to table after table because orders weren't right, cold or just nasty. I requested the Manager (Carlos) twice and he never came to rectify my issue so I just paid my tab on the table service machine and left. Will not be returning.

Update July 2023 still no contact, refund, Update or anything.
