Staff was very uncaring, from the hostess, to our server. When we walked in, there were several tables that were left uncleared and forks and straws left on the floor nearby. The food took a very long time and our server did not check on us at all. I would recommend senior management check this location and retrain staff for service improvement and motivation.

Am I the only person who doesn’t know that RL does not accept tap n’pay??? What if I’m a person who doesn’t want to get scammed? Are they willing to lose me as a customer?
I will say the meal was good…I got the Southwest Shrimp lunch …which is priced the same as dinner! Go figure! Anyway, the salad was good but I think overpriced for lunch - I would have went for a smaller size if that were the case. My waitress, Kia, was excellent. I was having a VERY bad...
