The WORST hotel we’ve stayed at. Go down the street and pay an extra $10. You’ll have clean bathrooms, and working heat. It’s 38 degrees outside. we have no heat working. The floor is freezing and we have a 2 year old and 6 year old. We made our booking online, arrived at 3:30am EXHAUSTED. Entered into a FILTHY room. Requested to be moved. Have not felt comfortable to shower here. Upon day to leave, the gentleman started banging on our door at 10:50 saying check out is at 11, we questioned and said we thought it was 12? He said no. 11. And left. CLEARLY THE WEBSITE SAYS 12 SO WHY YOU BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 10:50 SCARING MY KIDS. Not only that, but they have LOTS of parking under the building, when we arrived it was POURING so we parked under the building. You will get a ticket because those 60 plus parking spaces are for the 2 employees they’ve got. Go figures.

Worst place I ever stayed. Absolutely horrible, the walls are paper thin the people next to me were loud all night. No phone in the room, room was out of a horror movie. You don't want to stay here. Just needed a place to sleep for the night, would have been better to stay in my car in the middle of the street. HORRIBLE!!!!

Location is great! Staff was terrific. Newly renovated, meant it had a nice clean updated look; but our room phone didn't work, and our room had a broken air-conditioner FILTER. The room was very nice, but that filter was so fluffy with filth that it kinda creeped me out. Honestly, though, nice rooms and good breakfast. No serious complaints.

This Hotel is currently shut down do to construction. The management was very helpful! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends when the hotel reopens!!

The hotel is not of quality. It is has a vibe from the 80s. People hangout on the walkway balcony; repairing vehicles in the parking lot; there is garbage waiting in the outside corridors to be thrown away. The ice bind room smells like urine. The furniture was old, dirty and out dated.We informed the front desk that the hot water wasn't running hot. When the "plumber" came to fix it he blatantly said to me that I was the only person complaining. We had to run the hot water for at least 30 minutes so that it would get hot.When I arrived there was an off duty employee standing at the front desk complaining about how the Black employees "get fired before the other employees when things go missing off their carts!"The Internet, well there wasn't any or at least I could never connect to it.I had to purchase a candle, Lysol spray and wipes to cleans and sanitize the room.And the had bedbugs! Not to mention dead bugs in the room!!I will not stay at any of their hotels again. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET OR THE GREAT REVIEWS.

The service here they're very nice and kind the gentleman that checks me in I had a problem with my license being expired, but he still was very helpful , very patient still helped me out with getting my room the rooms are really big they're clean definitely worth the price for the the night ,very close to Walmart and the grocery store very good location very quiet would definitely come back and stay another time if I had to other than that it's just all in all really nice thank you

It's added amenities are clearly are the worst ever. More so for someone, staying incognito. & very anti social. The staff seems mad all the time, never smiling and very obtrusive

The front desk attendant was polite. however the room was not appealing to the eye. didn’t even touch anything and asked for a refund. for a week almost, everytime I called for the manager, he was always out. I called today for my refund, actually spoke to the manager and I thought we’d solved the problem. I called back after maybe 45mins because I noticed that the refund process he did was just another transaction and when I called back I was told that he wasn’t there anymore. keep your money, don’t book

Don't book here unless your looking for cheap regardless of how bad it is.why?-False advertising: the place is significantly more run down then photos suggest. Many amenities are missing and bathrooms run down. All the rooms smelled of bad air and STRONG ? smoke (even though their advertising sais smoke free)-horrible day receptionist: if for the reasons above you had to cancel as I did (plus I have asma) and did it through a third party, then be prepared to fight for your refund! I literally spent half of my day trying to get it. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and tried to cop out of it. This is what proped me to this review. Please keep these things in mind if you decide to book here anyway.
