Regency Inn Richmond is not a bad place. It was free of any bugs, front desk service was really good, and the room was clean. The room is a bit dated, and I got woke up a couple of times from people talking outside. If you're needing somewhere just to lay your head, it's pretty good for the price.
Meagan was wonderful, polite helpful
It was an older motel but it served its purpose for one night. The mirror overtop of the bed was kind of weird. Not a bad place to stay all around.

The Regency Inn Richmond offers clean and comfortable rooms at a great value. The hotel is conveniently located near a very good mix of stores, restaurants, a mall, and other amenities. Guests have reported that while the location is solid and the price is good, the rooms need to be cleaned and wiped down better. Some visitors have mentioned that housekeeping should improve, as there were issues like unwashed curtains and a lounge chair that appeared worn out. Guests found the staff at the front desk to be nice, and they noted that ID is required for all guests. Although the rooms are what one might expect in a budget hotel, the overall experience can be improved with better maintenance.
