We stopped by around 8 pm...no other people were there except for the 5 workers behind the counter. They were friendly and made suggestions. Absolutely an overflowing bowl of food and yumminess. Where have you been? Lol! Delucious!
The salads here are soooooooo yummy. For vegans, I recommend ordering the Tamari (as is) and the Mad Bowl (without shaved parmesan and pesto vinaigrette, substitute with tahini dressing). I’ve always had extra pleasant interactions with the people who work here. :) Roots makes my favorite salads in Richmond!
Grains greens & beans. Bowls are generous portions, everything is customizable, & the menu is clearly labeled. It’s fast loud & crowded. But good food. Good as in delicious & good as in nutritious.
