Food is wonderful and comes quick, staff are sweet. I live nearby and go here very regularly. Don't buy the rash negative reviews from one-time diners, it's a small family business, they're very busy, and don't speak perfect English which can cause confusion. It's a great authentic restaurant.

Food is okay at best but the poor service and unreliability are through the roof. I’ve ordered on-line only to show up and have no order and ordered through grub hub only to wait half an hour for them to cancel because they are “too busy.” Will not be back and would advise others ordering here is a gamble.

Tried ruang tong again for the first time in probably a year and it was SO delicious! We will be back very soon, we had the fresh spring rolls, emerald noodles with chicken, drunken noodles with chicken, and the wild boar noodles. My emerald noodles had so many awesome veggies and the spring rolls were so refreshing.

Was given the wrong order and when I called for a refund they said I had to call DoorDash and when I was trying to explain I could send them pictures showing it was through their website not DoorDash, the guy was screaming at me and then hung up on me. Called back to speak to someone else who claimed he was training. They refused to refund my card and gave me the go around for nearly 20 mins. I eventually was frustrated after trying to be kind and patient as there is a language barrier and eventually told them if $7 is worth that much and calling a customer a liar they can keep it and they were very condescending and said they would donate it. Insane. I just wanted a refund back to the card I paid with through their websites ordering service, the receipt shows that and they wouldn’t let me talk at all. I’ve been going there for years as a tradition and will no longer be going there.

I got online pickup recently (fried rice with shrimp) and it was so so good. I’m slowly learning the area’s many local restaurants after moving here recently, and I’ll definitely have to come back for more!! Definitely the best fried rice I’ve ever had!

I don’t know what is going on with this place. They have the best pad Thai in town however their phone number on google is disconnected so you can’t call. They almost never accept online orders. They never pick up the phone. I just drove over there when they’re supposed to be open and the doors are locked and there’s nobody inside. This place has so much potential because the food is amazing. Just bad management.

I placed an order for pickup and was charged $46.05 only to arrive for the place to be closed! I had to dispute the charge! If your not open your online order menu should be closed! Bad business!!

I have ordered here several times. The food and service is normally ok, however I ordered a large green curry, was charged for the large, but received a small order. I called and told them about my order and was told that is how it always is, goodbye. And then they hung up on me!

We love this place. Owners are super friendly and make amazing food. The atmosphere is great inside the restaurant and take out orders are easy and always fresh. Highly recommend as your Thai spot
