I ordered a hot fudge sundae. Kinda felt bad to have hot fudge drizzled over such delicious ice-cream but I love chocolate. Let me tell you...the hot fudge was sooo good. The sundae tasted and felt like love on a spoon!!! Found out Ruby the owner actually makes it herself. She was also such a delight and inspiration.

While I stand by the comments I made earlier on Ruby Scoops’ flavor profiles, I feel as though I let my personal desire for weirder flavors get in the way of appreciating other qualities of their ice cream. It has a stretchy, almost taffy-like stretch pull to it, which is not only delightfully playful, but is also my preferred textural style for ice cream. Make haste! Ruby Scoops has the best flavors! Their Hot Honey Cornbread ice cream, vegan, gluten-free & dairy free frozen delights are delicious! They offer shakes, sundaes, scoops, cones-even gluten-free cones. It's a bright cheery space with tables & high tops.
