My favorite ice cream! I love all is the creative flavors, Rabia is an ice cream genius when it comes to thinking up be combinations. The ice-cream flights are a great deal. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. Kinda felt bad to have hot fudge drizzled over such delicious ice-cream but I love chocolate. Let me tell you...the hot fudge was sooo good. The sundae tasted and felt like love on a spoon!!! Found out Ruby the owner actually makes it herself. She was also such a delight and inspiration.

While I stand by the comments I made earlier on Ruby Scoops’ flavor profiles, I feel as though I let my personal desire for weirder flavors get in the way of appreciating other qualities of their ice cream. It has a stretchy, almost taffy-like stretch pull to it, which is not only delightfully playful, but is also my preferred textural style for ice cream.
