My favorite restaurant, not just my favorite ice cream spot. Ruby is a culinary genius. Her flavors are just so creative, unique, and delicious. Lots of really delicious vegan and gluten free flavors. I tell everyone I know you have to try it.
I went in with both of my sons, the ice-cream is amazing.. the only con I have is there were only a few people in line after me, they got their ice-cream before me and I waited 11 minutes just to get my ice-cream, I think that was kinda insane but I love supporting they have to move a tad bit faster. The ice cream was amazing... side note, the young lady working the register should be trained on the venue items she was confused. I recommend 10/10 went to work and told my coworkers...
Vegan ice cream flavors: Cake batter with vegan sprinkles, Cookie butter, and butter pecan. Sorbets include: lemon berry, mango, and guava daiquiri. We had cake batter and butter pecan. Both were deliciously creamy. Yum!
