These are the best bagels in Richmond. I’ve been everywhere here and I thought that the quality of ingredients were what wooed me here. So I went to every bagel place in town and focused on the BAGEL itself. Julio’s has the best bagels and the best SANDWICH INGREDIENTS of any place in Richmond. Great vibe inside, nice baristas and a well designed interior.
