Stop what you’re doing and go getcha some ice cream from Ruby Scoops! It took me too long to get over here but I’m now a believer - one of the best shops in Richmond. I had the horchata latte & black sesame oreo both were perfection. Can’t wait to return - thanks for a great visit & unique offerings. Staff was friendly, there is plenty of seating, and it was light & bright inside.
I recently visited Ruby Scoops with much anticipation and had an overall average experience. The ice cream itself was good, but unfortunately, several of the flavors I was most interested in trying were unavailable at the time, which was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the customer service could use some improvement. The interaction felt a bit lacking in attentiveness and warmth, which made the experience feel less welcoming than expected.

This was such a cute place with the most unique flavors of ice cream, sherbet and snow cones. I was visiting with my daughter and she brought me here. I had the Passion fruit sherbet. It was delicious. Definitely can't wait to go back.
