The ice cream was okay it’s black owned so I support! I don’t think I would go back was because of my customer service experience. I accidentally ordered a scoop of vegan cake batter (it was a mistake from just being excited and not fully reading:/ ). I took 1 bite and immediately asked the worker if I can please switch to 1 scoop of vanilla. He had to ask his higher up and she said no I would have to pay again. 5 stars for flavor! 1st time going, (my bday) no one explained the flavors/asked if I've been there before or wanted to try anything. Got the flight, worth it. Loved variety.

They have some unique flavors and the quality was good. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made for a pleasant experience.
The downside is that the shop itself looks quite worn and could really use a facelift. Both the inside and the exterior would benefit from some cleaning up and maintenance to make the place feel more inviting.
The prices are reasonable and fair for what you get, but improving the appearance...
