I’ve been getting crabs from this place for more than 20 years. They have new management and they do not know how to cook the crabs. They are cooking the crabs for 45 minutes, which make them dry and stick to the shell. I’ve tried to share this information with the owner and he pretty much blew me off. So don’t waste your money , I did!

They always get something in my order wrong. Not going here anymore. The food isn’t good enough to come back. The counter person should be somebody from the community who can communicate properly with the customer. I used to own a restaurant in NY and this is trash.

The service is HORRIBLE If it wasn't for technology the cashier would have ran with it. I used my card up there and the man at the counter stated that the card wasn't working which was bull. So I checked my balance and it was clear the money was taken out of the account. So I had to play the transaction over the speaker phone and it also named where the money was taken from. He didn't apologize for the mistake and the amount of time that was wasted. I most definitely won't be returning. I would advise EVERYONE to check your balance before leaving this establishment.

If you want crabs an not mash potatoes this here isn’t the place went into this establishment the women clean the fish was very rid when asked too see crab size you know they’ll say nice size an mean quarter! Nice size crab very mushy ate three opened up a few just too see same thing sad part is the eggs where floating on moisture a was slimy not grain like…inspector gadget says go go gadget my money go go gone…yall go on too somewhere else that’s going to give quality product an customer service.

Omg had crab kickers today that were fire!!!! Customer service was great, kickers had so much meat in them I will be going back real soon!! Heads up they don’t take EBT as of now!

Do not waste your time. The shrimp and crabs are very small and not good quality. It's a rancid smell like its old and not fresh. I cant imagine that they source fresh seafood considering Richmond is no where near a sea. This was a waste of money and I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. Save yourself from food poisoning.
