Very nice market. Clean, good selection and variety. Produce always looks very good. Haven't tried the deli yet, but a deli is usually a deli in a supermarket. Prices are a tad bit higher for my staples, but you're going to pay for convenience and location. Last but not least...Employees are very chill and friendly!
I had a hunger for fried chicken one day, but Krogers stop frying before people get off from work and it's to far to travel from MCV to Ukrops on Patterson and Three chopt. Soooooo, as i was taking the street way home to Varina, I just stop at the Market place to get a frozen dinner (oh! did i mention i WAS hungry!) Shop here atleast 4—5 days a week... At first it seems to be a bit on the expensive side, but definitely not quite as expensive as Publix but just a tad cheaper. But I soon realized there are a few items underpriced, therefore it became understood the the prices are only costly where absolutely necessary for a small business to succeed in the given circumstances ( area and economy) so if you can I'd advise to please support whenever your in the area if you can ‼️⚠️❕❗
