I placed an order and they left out the side that I paid extra to add. I tried to call for 30mins with no answer, finally got an answer when calling through the door dash app. let them know my side was missing and they said hold on we're not sure if we put it in or not. I explained again it's not in my bag. To which they said come back but I better make it before they close. Which was impossible since they didn't bother to answer until near closing.
