If I could leave no stars, I would. I order TWO of their family meals. My husband and I specifically asked does the meal come with sides. The cashier said "No". After getting home, I looked at the menu, only to find out my meal comes with sides and a gallon of tea. Smh Don't lie about the food or what a meal entails.

Asked for a meal with fries. No fries so I had to reorder after receiving my meal. Shrimp had an old grease after taste. Probably why I am now having stomach pains the next morning.

I am familiar with the other Skrimp Shack locations and enjoy the food. This Broad St location is not the same. The whiting fish was not good. My husband's shrimp was good. But worse than the food was the service. Not helpful at all. Much more into the cell phone and texting than customers. Two stars because the shrimp and fries were good.

Food was hot but it just wasn't that good. I got the shrimp and crab po boy and it barely had crab on it and overall it just wasn't the type of po boy I'm use to. The sauce they use is the worst its too sweet and there isn't just nothing to this sandwich. I'm only giving them 3 stars because the staff was so nice. Not going back.

I may have finally found my fish tacos spot. I had the privilege of trying this restaurant out today. I ordered the Catfish tacos for myself and the Haddock tacos for my wife. We both split the Chicken tacos. I must say that all of the tacos were very filling, flavorful, and well seasoned. The mango sauce has too many tomatoes in it. But overall, I am excited to revisit this place and try other menu items. All of the fish and chicken were very proportional.

I ordered 10 shrimp and carb cake. Whoever the cook was on 10/30/21 burnt the food, but packaged it anyway. I received my food from DoorDash. I tried calling the store to report the incident, no response. Super disappointing.

We’ve been enjoying seafood at Skrumpie’s for year's, but today I order 2 Flounder Dinners with 8 Extra Shrimp in each with Coleslaw. What I got was 1 Dinner with the usual amount of Flounder, 8 shrimp and coleslaw and one box with 2 pieces of flounder and nothing else. Service seems to have taken a nosedive

Mechanicsville location has better food. But even that location isn't what it once was. Just ok as far is fish is concerned. Should've gone to Hawks, lol.
Very poor customer sevice. Could not get my refund. Was told I had to wait one to two business days!Will never go there again!!!Will be sure to tell my family and friends not to go here!
