Looking back on most of my reviews, they tend to be negative. Well, I'm old school and expect good customer service and to get what I'm paying for. Today I went to Sonic for their new smash burger. I have reviewed Shake Shack in the past, and I have to say, Sonic's smash burger is every bit as good if not better FOR $3.00 LESS!!! I don't like how this location didn't have where you can order from some the push button anymore nor the option to pay at driveup window imnot sure if that's something that will be fixed but it's an inconvenience for person to come take you're card if you're paying that way go inside to take payment then being it back out but I hope they get that fixed & go back to being able to pay myself at the order menu
