The cashier was very rude and not welcoming. It seemed that we ruined his day by just walking in. I placed my order and and after i placed my order i realized i didn't ask for light ice in my sweet tea. I said aloud to the cashier but i didn't think he heard me so I went to the counter and repeated myself. He said I heard you from over there. I didn't kno he heard me because he did not acknowledge my request.

The food's fine, but the customer service is terrible, the lady looked like she didn't want to work, spoke so quietly I couldn't even hear her, wanted to end my order before I could even order anything else. The ambience is also bad, the floor at the checkout was flooded with some drink and the rest of the floor filled with footprints

We always stop here for ice cream before our show at the Altria Theatre. It's often a little busy pre-show. Today however was the worst. Long line. Short staff. People crammed into the tiny order area. No staff at counter, he was working on the app orders. Never greeted anyone. Impossible to tell who was needing to order and who was picking up. This place needs better management. And what's with the section always stacked up with tables and chairs and not available for seating?

So I just came to this sonic and had the worst experience. Not sure what the young ladies name is that was working but she was awful and rude. She was very short with me while trying to order and wouldn’t even hand me my food. I would never come to this location again if my life depended on it. I hope sonic does better with hiring better people in the future.

Beware the Chicken Slinger is not a full size sandwich!
The chicken sandwich was horrible. The chicken was so raw it was rock hard. Same as the popcorn chicken. You can throw it at the ground as hard as you can. And it would not brake. The costumer service was very bad. They didn’t even release that me and my nephew were standing there. Oh yeah THE BATHROOMS WHERE SO DISGUSTING AND IT STANK SO BAD. GET BETTER PEOPLE. AND YALL SUCK!!!

We walked in, and the guy at the cash register stared us down like we ruined his night. He doesn't say a word. We asked if we could order, and he just stares at us.Bathrooms are blocked off. We asked if we could use them but they said they are closed for the night. It is only 7:30pm.Food comes out and it is cold. The mozzarella sticks are room temperature and hard. The burger was okay. We asked for new mozzarella sticks. The 2nd batch had 2 melted ones and the rest were hard. Maybe an indication the cheese is bad?
