Rude, unorganized, unprofessional!!

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. 4 people behind the counter. None of them talking or working together.

Waited over 25 minutes for my mobile order drink and when I attempted to ask the young lady behind the counter about it, she told me I would just have to wait… even though a lady that ordered 15 minutes after me at the counter had gotten her drink.

If I could give ten stars to this location, I would. I come to this Starbucks at least a handful times a week. Each member of the team is outright enthusiastic, prompt and kind. You really start to appreciate that after consistent experiences. This Starbucks deserves a medal in the area, as a top-notch, quick, efficient and pleasant place to patronize.

So I read all of the reviews from the last year before I walked in the store this morning. A lot of the reviews were from the last 2 months so I was prepared to potentially have a rough experience. Well my experience today was the absolute opposite. I was smiled at, my drink was made perfectly and in a timely fashion.
