Lousy coffee! While the employees were very pleasant, the coffee was VERY disappointing. Yes, I know that it was 3 pm and a hot day, but still, why service a drive through customer a lukewarm cup of Pike?!?!?!?! I was so looking forward to an afternoon pick me up and was sorely disappointed.

This Starbucks CONSISTENTLY gets my mobile orders wrong. I drink tea more than coffee so I usually get the tea lattes. I always order the Royal English Breakfast tea but on multiple occasions have been given Earl Gray tea instead (which is a very big difference). Two tea bags are supposed to come in the grande tea latte as well, and sometimes I’m only given one tea bag (even though I’m paying for two). This kind of negligence happens consistently at this location, more than others I’ve been to. It’s happened with coffee orders as well. I understand how busy the morning can get for them but this is just irresponsible.

Took 21 minutes for a strawberry lemonade drink and mocha.. Person at register was very nice but the attitude of management ladies who made drinks truly was that of a troll!!

There seems to be a permanent shortage of cinnamon-raisin bagels, my favorite!About atmosphere:I fully understand the change in interior furnishings to encourage more rapid turnover of occupancy and increase business, but I have to say, knowing that it won't result in any change, that I much preferred the softer seating and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that were present prior to the change of business plan to increase drive-by ordering.

Just did a mobile order for a tall Caramel Brulee latte. Extra hot as order but only 75% full and whipped cream as requested was missing. When I re requested whipped cream from the barrista, she added a small squirt. Wow my cup is now 77% full. I have been a long time customer of SB, but if the portions keep getting smaller and prices increasing, I may not be much longer.
