I come in to get coffee maybe once a week or two weeks. Came in today and the fabulous lady in the front already had my drink made and greeted me by name. Fantastic 10/10

This Starbucks is so inconsistent and does not make their drinks to Starbucks standards. Everything I order here is incorrect. I'm not sure if something is wrong with their espresso machine, but any espresso drinks they make are extremely short on the expresso and very heavy on the milk. It's so disappointing to pay $6-9 for a drink and have it be incorrect and straight up not good. When I have asked whether my drink can be remade, I am told it was made correctly and that I am wrong, or given attitude otherwise. They never offer to remake it correctly.
Most of the employees are friendly, but the quality of the drinks here is TRASH.

The food was good. The drink order was messed up twice. We wanted water in our refreshers but they added lemonade. This is a problem because my mom can't have lemonade because of the acidity. Also your better off asking for now ice because they fill the entire cup with ice, wayyyy past Starbucks' recommended line on their cup.

We found this coffee shop located somewhat in the center of town. It was where we took a break after visiting a museum. Kept us going for the rest of the afternoon.

Bro ya’ll need help with staffing, bad, or else this general Starbucks slide will continue. Just took 20 mins for a grande iced americano + splash of vanilla sweet cream with virtually no line; and when I finally received the drink it was wet all over the top, and had waaay too much cream in it. Struggling to drink it right now. Please wake up ya’ll and find a balance between proper staffing and unrushed drinks.

I ordered the new Iced Energy Drink this morning in the tropical flavor. I had the same drink at another Starbucks over the weekend. The one I got from the Omni Starbucks was watered down and weak. I tried to tell him that it looked weak. 3 so-called "baristas" argued that it was perfectly made. I tasted it, and it was weak, and again, they just wanted to argue how perfectly it was made and "that's how you make it." This after watching 2 of them read the directions because they hadn't made one before. The food is decent, but that's easy enough because all the workers have to do is stick it in a convection oven. That's the only reason this gets 2 stars. I'll just stop at WaWa for breakfast and a Celsius for now on.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. The lack of attention to customers after ordering is disturbing! Myself and 2 other people ordered drinks and after ordering the staff engaged in long conversation where they all laughed and encouraged another staff to try a drink. After laughing with each other for a few the manger jokingly stated “ okay let’s get back to work and stop playing around” and proceeded to laugh and go to the back.At this point no one started to make our drinks yet and the other costumer asked for her money back and stated I have things to do and y’all just playing having convos! I wanted to ask for my money back so bad but I really wanted my drink! Worst service EVER! I felt like I was being pranked!
